**Workmanship Warranty:**
4th Call Roofing provides a workmanship warranty for 15 years from the completion date of the roofing project. This warranty covers any defects or issues related to the installation or workmanship performed by our team.

**Coverage Details:**
- Any defects in workmanship, including but not limited to improper installation, leaks, or structural issues directly resulting from our work, will be addressed and rectified by 4th Call Roofing at no additional cost to you.
- This warranty is valid only for the original homeowner and is non-transferable.
- Coverage under this warranty is subject to proper maintenance of the roof as outlined in our recommendations.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by acts of nature, accidents, negligence, or misuse.
- Any alterations or repairs performed by parties other than 4th Call Roofing void this warranty.

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact 4th Call Roofing directly. Our team will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it promptly.

**Exclusions:**
- Damages resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to storms, floods, earthquakes, natural disasters, terrorism, vandalism, and any acts of God.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance, neglect, or misuse of the roof.
- Any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
